ADVERSE EVENT IDENTIFICATION & REPORTING
During the survey, if a patient, carer, or physician reports an adverse event related to a drug, RDS Research is required to relay this information to the pharmacovigilance department of the sponsoring laboratory, provided the drug is produced by that laboratory.
