Background & Key Objectives for HCP:
The purpose of the research was to understand physicians’ attitudes and practices with regards to the prevention of Tuberculosis (TB).The discussion topics was include the treatment and management of patients with current TB preventive therapies and how treatment decisions are made when they started the first treatment. In the research also showed information about potential future products which not yet approved and taken their reactions of these potentials products.
Background & Key Objectives for Patient & Caregivers
The purpose of the research was to explore patient and Caregivers views on Tuberculosis (TB) prevention. We also captured their understanding and experiences of towards TB and latent TB.
We showed product information concepts about a potential future product which not yet approved, as research wanted t understand patient/caregivers reaction on it.
This includes understanding the drivers and barriers of TPT use, and the perceived benefits and drawbacks of TPT, as well as gauging the level of unmet need.
To explore consumer reactions to a new TPT regimen (Product X) and understand their responses within the context of their experience of TPT to date, and also ascertain the needs Product X can address.
Research Audience & Samples: HCP: We have completed 10 Pulmonologist & Infectious diseases specialist
Research Audience & Samples Patient & Patient Caregivers:
We recruited 10 patient/caregivers with below criteria People Living with HIV (PLHIV) Carers/ Parents of children <5 years old with TB contacts.
AE: Team also taken the training for Adverse Event for this project so that if any adverse Event case arise will update to the company within time frame.
LOI : 60 minutes
